Service & Pricing
Our delivery service covers most of the UK, however delivery costs do vary dependant on location. We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days if the item is in stock but this can vary from product to product so please check availability before ordering, however if the item is in stock on order this can be as little as 2-3 working days.


If your order is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible for the necessary arrangements to be made. If you do not wish to take delivery immediately arrangements can be made for a later delivery to be scheduled.

Buyers from Northern Scotland and the Scottish Islands will need to contact us for a delivery quote before purchase. Delivery costs are based of total weights of orders and will be calculated at check out.

Delivery Access  

Customers ordering stoves, fireplaces or other heavy items should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long, heavy goods vehicle, weighing up to 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14' 3". It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has access to their property. The vehicle will be equipped with a tail-lift to unload your order and a pallet truck to take your order to your property.

It is a 1 man delivery and will be made to your door proving it is at street level, our couriers are not insured to take stoves or other items into your property. Placement of your products is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Deliveries of pallatised goods over gravelled or uneven drives are not possible; therefore please arrange an alternative delivery location. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied.

Delivery Day 

Deliveries are usually made between aprox 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Customers ordering stoves or other heavy items will be contacted by us to arrange a convenient delivery day if sufficient notes aren’t provided on order. Once confirmed, please ensure someone is at the delivery address on the nominated day to inspect and sign for the goods. If our courier is unable to obtain a signature you order will not be left and you may incur an additional charge to redeliver your order.
